The service

Foyer helps Discord communities manage roles based on NFT and token ownership and publish collection sales. Server administrators choose the assets, rules, roles, and channels. Members voluntarily connect Discord and sign wallet-ownership messages. Foyer does not take custody of assets, execute trades, or provide investment advice.

Your responsibilities

Use Foyer only with accounts, wallets, and servers you are authorized to manage. Meet Discord’s age requirements for your country and follow its terms. Do not attempt to access another community’s data, bypass authentication, submit deceptive ownership proofs, or overload the service. Do not share passwords, seed phrases, or private keys with Foyer or anyone claiming to represent it.

Administrators remain responsible for their server’s permissions, rule choices, channels, and member communication. Keep Foyer’s role above the roles it should manage and grant only the permissions your selected features need.

Ownership checks and availability

Checks depend on blockchain confirmation, indexing, ownership providers, and Discord. Transfers are not reflected instantly. Incomplete or unavailable evidence preserves existing roles until a complete check succeeds. Role delivery can be delayed by missing permissions, rate limits, or outages. No uptime or delivery-time guarantee is offered during the pilot.

Supported chains and standards are described in the product guide. Collection sales can reflect a transaction total that includes multiple items; Foyer does not invent individual item prices.

Your free trial

When trial entry opens, an administrator can start one 7-day free trial per Discord server inside Foyer. No card is required, and the trial never becomes a paid subscription automatically. Changing administrators, reinstalling Foyer, or canceling a subscription does not restart the trial. Private pilot access remains separate.

One server, one annual subscription

The launch offer is US$69 for a server’s first paid year, then US$99 each year, plus applicable taxes shown before payment. Foyer bills in US dollars; your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees. The paid year starts when you subscribe, even if free-trial time remains. Holders are never charged by Foyer to connect a wallet or check roles.

The subscription covers one selected Discord server and renews automatically each year until canceled. The first-year discount is available once per server and does not reset after cancellation, a refund, or a change of payer. Supported networks and asset standards are described in the product guide. Capacity and any usage limits will be disclosed before live checkout opens; this page does not promise unlimited use.

Canceling renewal and paused service

The billing owner can cancel renewal through Manage billing on the server’s Billing page or from account settings. Cancellation normally keeps service available through the paid period; it does not itself request a refund. Contact [email protected] if you cannot access billing.

When an unpaid trial ends, a paid period ends without renewal, or payment cannot be confirmed, role checks, automatic role updates and sales feeds pause. Existing Discord roles stay in place without monitoring. Rules, wallet links, history, configuration and account controls remain available. Restoring service starts fresh ownership checks and new sales; missed sales are not replayed.

Refunds

Request a full refund within seven days of your server’s first annual payment by emailing [email protected]. Include your server ID and Stripe invoice reference. We verify that the request comes from the payer; never send full card details. The request date determines eligibility, even if we respond later.

Renewals and requests outside that first-payment window are reviewed case by case. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you. Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method; payment-provider processing times apply.

A successful full refund of the current paid year ends service and cancels future renewal. Existing roles remain without monitoring. A partial refund keeps the subscription active. A refund does not restart the free trial or first-year discount.

Your data and leaving Foyer

Read the privacy policy for information about wallet links, providers, retention, and exports. Members can unlink wallets or delete their account. Account deletion can remove Foyer-managed roles. For a billing owner, deletion first cancels future subscription renewal while preserving time already paid for; deletion does not issue a refund. Administrators can pause rules or feeds; paused rules leave existing roles in place.
