Support during the pilot

Email [email protected] for Foyer support. Include your server ID, what you tried, when it happened with your time zone, and any error shown. Hashbot Online Services, Inc., in Quebec, Canada, operates Foyer.

Never share a seed phrase, private key, bot token, API key, full payment details, or wallet signature. We will not ask for them.

A role is missing

Open your server’s verification page and check again. If delivery is pending, ask an administrator to check Foyer’s Manage Roles permission and role position. If ownership could not be confirmed, existing roles are preserved while the check is retried.

Your account and data

Use account settings to manage wallet links, export your data, or delete your account. The Billing page shows your server’s current pilot access and usage. Paid subscriptions are not open.
